To join PPIAC, please select your desired level of membership below and fill out the very short form that follows to initiate your application process.
When you submit the online form, you will receive a Confirmation page. This is to confirm the level you have chosen and is NOT the payment page. Please make sure to Confirm your selections on this page.
Upon completion of the online form, you will be directed to a payment page where you can pay your dues and application fee online. You will also receive an email with the full application that you can download, fill out and mail in. If you choose, you may mail in your payment with your application instead of paying online. If you will be mailing in your payment, you do not need to complete the online payment.
